We are enjoying spring break here with no major plans which is great! {Unless you count sleeping in and checking out the new Cabella's major!} Of course I'm probably just saying that because if we were in Florida or someplace warm, now that would be really great! :)
I didn't plan on posting much this week but for some reason I just can't keep myself away! :)
Today I thought I share some of the Spring decor around our house. I'm not a theme decorator {except for Christmas} but I do love to change things out with the seasons. There's nothing like freshening things up when its cold outside to give you hope for warmer weather to come!
Do you decorate for Spring? I bet some of you do and don't even realize it.
For me, Spring decor is about:
1) Flowers
2) Birds and birds nests
If your kids find old nests like mine do, be sure to put it in a ziploc bag for a few weeks or longer to make sure than any bugs perish.
My fake speckled eggs came from Jo-Ann's
I love these little egg cups from HomeGoods, they also make good candle holders!
The little bird is a salt shaker that I found at Marshalls in years past.
3) Lightening up the layers
4) And Color
So how do you decorate for Spring?
